A: Yes, customization is more than welcomed, we can make your unique design and put your logo on the products and cartons, please feel free to bring it up to our customer representitives.
A: That's depend on the specific style, usually it would be 120 pieces per design for chairs and 50 for tables.
A: As an OEM manufacturer we normally keep no inventory, instead we turn on production right after orders are placed. Different products require quite different production processes, but most of the time, it takes 15-35 days. When orders come in, we would schedule the production right away and come up with the exact dates of loading. Please communicate with your customer manager.
A: Three payment methods would be preferred:T/T, LC and paypal.
Most of our customers would choose T/T or L/C at sight, usually is 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment. We also have VIP customer services, please speak to our customer manager about this.
A: Yes,of course, the more you buy, the bigger discount you can get. We have formed strategic partnership with many of our VIP customers who enjoys exclusive pricing and design priviliages. You are more than welcomed to join the Mindmade Family.
A: Samples before orders are acceptable and in some circumastances are encouraged, but as normally we would charge doubled unit prices and courier fees. When you place your first order for the sample products with us you will be reimbursed.
